Stations- :30 on :30 off, 5 Rounds

1.     Double KB/DB Clean & Jerk

2.     Sled Push forward/Drag Backward

3.     Battle Ropes

4.     Ski Erg/Row/Bike

5.     Side Plank – alternate each round, last round to Reverse plank
