60-Day Get Hot Challenge

At the Union Yoga & Strength we encourage our students to participate in the Get Hot Challenge. The Challenge consists of completing 60 classes in 60 days.  By doing one class per day for 60 days you effectively integrate exercise into your daily routine, making it an indispensable part of your life.  During the Challenge you may notice changes in your body.  Perhaps you will lose weight. Perhaps you will find that you are stronger, or perhaps you will settle into a healthier eating and sleeping pattern.  One thing is for sure, you will never be the same once you’ve completed your Challenge and will look and feel better than ever!

When you decide that you want to improve your life by accepting this Challenge, just let us know. We will give you a Challenge card so that you can keep track of your classes and make sure that you are on track. Our teachers, staff, and other students will encourage you the entire way. When you finish your challenge, you will be invited to sign our “Challenge Wall” at the studio or CrossFit Box, where we keep a permanent record of all of our students who have completed the Challenge. Rules for the Get Hot Challenge:

  1. 60 classes in 60 days straight.
  2. Must be in good medical standing to participate.
  3. Keep it legit – One class a day for 60 days, no more than 8 doubles.
  4. May be any combination of yoga/CrossFit classes
