Libby, an Air Force wife for over 20 years, and mother of 4 amazing kids, always makes time to care for her body by working out at least 5-6 times a week at the Union Yoga & Strength. It is her belief that keeping herself mentally and physically strong allows her a greater opportunity to love and serve those around her to the best of her ability.

Libby, a retired Register Nurse, is both a CrossFit (CF-L1) and Inferno Hot Pilates instructor. At age 43, she claims to have found the fountain of youth through proper diet and exercise, for she is stronger and in better conditioning now than when she was 20! She is passionate about fitness, and eager to share the knowledge she has with whoever will listen. That’s why she loves teaching at the Union!
