I am a Chicago native and moved to San Antonio six years ago, which is when I started practicing Bikram.What brought you to the Bikram yoga practice and what keeps you coming back?
The hot yoga studio where I was practicing closed, and that’s when I tried Bikram. I continue to practice for the physical benefits as well as the calm that yoga provides.How often do you practice?
My goal is a daily practice.What specific physical issues, if any, did you have before taking your first class?
I’ve always had knee trouble and through my practice I’ve regained improved mobility.What are the greatest benefits of you practice?
I sleep better and my mind is quieter and less cluttered.How has this practice changed your health and life? Any emotional or other benefits?
It has toned my body and grounded me.What is your favorite part of Bikram yoga?
I love love my yoga friends. I love my yoga teachers and the sparkling, clean studios with an occasional Labrador Retriever greeter.What would you say to someone just coming into this practice?
