Power Yoga is a fitness-based yoga linking postures with breath. Our classes are 60 minutes long. The room is moderately heated to 95 degrees. The sequence of postures varies so that every class is unique. You can expect to work hard, sweat, and develop core strength.
Our unique style of power yoga is influenced by Beryl Bender Birch and Baron Baptiste, both of whom are leaders in the international yoga community. Our instructors have a minimum of 200 hours of yoga training. All power yoga teachers are certified with the Yoga Alliance and all have studied with either Beryl and-or Baron personally.
