There are unbelievable benefits from yoga and cross fit. I believe yoga is one of the keys to a long, healthy life. My life is extremely hectic and I have a lot of pressure. The Union is also a way for me to get order back in my life by having a vehicle to release my frustrations in a productive way.How has this practice changed your health and life? Any emotional or other benefits?
My dad is my role model. He will be 86 in a couple of months. He works out every day, travels, has an amazing attitude, eats right and lives life to fullest. Few people live that long and the one's that are around are plagued with issues. I’m investing in the Union so I have the opportunity to be like my dad! What is your favorite part of the yoga?
Yoga and prayer time are the only times I have without interruption from the world. It's my time.
