WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Our yoga teacher training will cover anatomy and physiology, history, philosophy, lifestyle and ethics, teaching methodology, elements of personal growth, and leadership skills. Whether your goal is to become a teacher, or to learn more about your practice and yourself, our course presents a wonderful opportunity for personal growth.
The 26 & 2 Hot Yoga Series
The series follows in the tradition of Bikram Yoga with 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It’s suitable beginners as well as seasoned veterans. It’s designed for all ages and levels of ability. It’s a physically challenging 90-minute series in a heated room and is specifically designed to not only build strength, flexibility and endurance, but to also heal the body and calm the mind.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Practiced yoga for at least six months
- A passion for the practice

Complete the Application
Course leaders will screen applications for qualification and for paid deposits. Each application will be reviewed on an individual basis. Qualified applicants will be given a phone or video interview. After acceptance, registrants will be invited to matriculate and pay their tuition.
