Build – A basic one hour strength training class to help build muscle, improve strength, and bone density and assist in losing body fat.
Kettlebell Fit – Using kettlebells, you will learn movements to tone your body and improve your cardiovascular fitness all in 45 minutes. We also have a 60 minute version (Kettlebell Fit 60).
TRX Shred – This class alternates between TRX straps, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more. Get your strength training, cardio, and core work all in one fun, 45 minute challenging sweaty class.
WOD (Workout Of the Day) – Experience high-intensity functional fitness with our WOD class! In this one-hour session, you'll tackle constantly varied workouts that blend strength training and conditioning for a full-body challenge. Perfect for those ready to push their limits and see results! We also have a 45 minute version (WOD 45).
** All classes done in the gym or fitness studio. Please wear gym shoes and clothes. Bring water. **
BURN
TONE - SWEAT - ACTIVATE
Barre – This 45 minute class fuses ballet-inspired movements with elements of Pilates and strength training. This full body workout is designed to build lean muscle while using high repetitions, small range movements, and isometric holds. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!
HEAT – High-Energy Active Training is a dynamic fitness class designed to challenge and elevate your workout experience. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class combines bodyweight exercises and HIIT with cardio and flexibility work, all set to motivating music. Join us to boost your endurance, sculpt your body, and enjoy a fun, supportive atmosphere! We also have a 45 minute version (HEAT 45).
Mat Pilates – This one hour class is designed to challenge the beginner and the practicing Pilates student. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, control, and muscular symmetry. We also have a 45 minute version (Mat Pilates 45).
Sculpt – A one hour high-energy workout combining the flow and elements of Power Yoga, strength training with dumbbells and cardio. Stretch and strengthen through continuous movement throughout the class. Enjoy this class in a heated room with a fun playlist!
** Items needed for this class include water, yoga mat and bath-sized towel. Option to bring your set of dumbbells and resistance band. Limited supplies at each location. **
BREATHE
OPEN - RESTORE - RELAX
Meditation and Pranayama – Join us for this one hour practice. Learn simple and effective techniques to breathe & sit.
Yin Yoga – Yin is a very slow one hour practice. Holding poses for 2 – 5 minutes each, the aim is to target connective tissue (fascia) to help release tension, increase circulation, and improve flexibility. The class uses props to support the body in the poses. Class is done in a warm room to help facilitate the goals of the class.
Yoga + Nidra – This one hour class begins with a Hatha/Vinyasa practice and ends with Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is a meditation practiced lying down. Students are guided through powerful relaxation techniques such as body scanning, breath-work, and visualizations that promote deep rest, better sleep, as well as physical, mental, and emotional balance.
Yoga Reset 60 – Reset your body and your mind. This one hour class helps to put you in a state of relaxation to help let go of tension and calm your central nervous system. The series has lots of hip opening, slow and steady breathing. Done in a heated room to help open tight muscles. We also have a 75 minute and 90 minute version (Yoga Reset 75/90).
** Items needed for this class include water, yoga mat and bath-sized towel. Option to bring your own yoga block and strap. Limited supplies at each location. **
BEND
BALANCE - FLEXIBILITY - FOCUS
Bikram 90 – The original hot yoga! The Bikram yoga method is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room. Accessible to all levels, you will work every system in your body, increase your flexibility and balance, and sharpen your mind.
Power Yoga – An energetic vinyasa style yoga, this class is done in a heated room to help the body move and flow from posture to posture, connecting movement to the breath. This class is dynamic in that you never have the same class twice – the flows are ever changing and always fun! All levels are welcome.
U-60 – Sweat and stretch in this yoga series that is designed for all levels. It follows in the tradition of the Bikram yoga method in that it is done in a heated room. It is abbreviated by shortening the transitions between postures and sets.
Yoga Mashup – This is a hot yoga series with emphasis on BALANCE, core and stability. Accessible to all, this class starts and ends on the floor with a challenging standing series. Postures are in a set sequence for consistency. The Yoga Mashup strengthens and stabilizes hips, shoulders, and back while relieving stress and tension.
Yoga + Yin – This class starts with an invigorating yoga flow to open the body in preparation for the calming Yin Yoga series at the end. Done in a heated room to help assist the muscles to stretch and the mind to calm.
